Science with Mr Pattison

On Tuesdays we have Science or ICT with Mr Pattison. We are learning that scientists ask questions. Here we are making bubbles and asking questions about them. We are scientists.

Pete the Cat

We love the Pete the Cat books. We wrote a letter to Mrs Andrew to ask her to buy more Pete the Cat books and to tell her that we really liked Pete the Cat: The New Guy. We were very surprised when Mrs Andrew handed us some Pete the Cat books. We were the first class to have them.

Learning our words

We love the whiteboard. We can write our words. We can made words too using the magnetic letters.

"Look Miss Wards. I can make my name!"

Dental Van

The dental van came to school to check people's teeth. We went to see where the van was parked so that we knew where to go when we were called. The therapist showed us inside the van and said that we could bring a friend with us when it was our turn.

Our first putiputi

The lovely children in Room 21 showed us how to make putiputi. We thought that it was too hard for us at the start but we kept trying. We were very pleased with the final product. Miss Rita helped us to make a putiputi tree in Room 5.
